Pirates and Albion both have quite a few of Exeter's development players on their books.

I miss the days of Twickenham takeovers , when Cornwall were the Kings.

Devon 26 - 20 Cornwall FT

It seems that players must come from lower leagues than the Cornish Pirates (Championship)or even Plymouth Albion (National League One).

Devon players came from the likes of Devonport Services, Brixham, Ivy bridge etc .. and the Cornish players from Launceston, St Austell - and a couple from Penzance Newlyn (but not the Championship players I believe).

I don't know why they downgraded the teams
