Of course they do, I meant more in terms of all players who you may consider as big fish for a league 1 pond, I'm guessing none of them would have come cheaply in terms of wages.

All the players they have signed are well experienced seasoned pros who probably don't have to move house & relocate

The EFL will be keeping close tabs on them so i doubt the new owner will be spending mega money on wages- this season will be a rather interesting one for them that's for sure
