There are always a bunch of marginal decisions that go against us (and for) but the thing that will come back to haunt us the most is the managerial appointment and recruitment in January.

Entirely agree. The "non" recruitment in January was a complete disaster .I wonder what the real reason for it was? In any case i think it was pivotal in SS decision to leave . Did he see the writing on the wall !?
