We didn't deserve that!
It's now 3 defeats in a row and all 4 league defeats have come against teams playing in red.
Both of Wigan's goals came from mistakes made by us.
For the first we lost the ball outside of the Wigan penalty, Wilson then missed a tackle and Cooper should have done better by putting the ball out for a corner.
For the winning goal Agard lost possession and Wigan broke away and punished what is now becoming a fragile Argyle defence.
Danny Mayor's goal was superb, a great finish into the top corner, sadly it was our only shot on target.
The confident swagger we had a few weeks ago has disappeared.
It was a credit to both teams that they produced a good game of football in the swirling wind and it helped that Wigan didn't arrive at HP to spoil and time waste.
Jephcott had an awful time and was unusually subbed just before half time.
To be fair he's been tasked to come short and link the play but Jephcott comes alive around the penalty spot. His goal scoring success was inside the box not collecting passes from Scarr in the centre circle.
He's gone from goal poacher to link striker and it's not working.
The game was marred near the end by fighting between Argyle fans (kids) and Wigan fans, a blue flare was thrown onto the pitch - so much for the security checks that cause so much chaos at the turnstiles before games.
Lowe kept the same team that started against Wycombe but with Gillesphey coming in for the injured Galloway.
We started well and a lucky rebound sent Jephcott away and with only the keeper to beat he shot well wide. What a miss and Jephcott's head went down after that.
Grant and Camara both had shots blocked before Camara lost possession which led to a missed tackle by Wilson, Wigan raced away and it seemed Cooper had smothered the shot but the ball squirmed away and Keane slotted onto an empty net.
A terrible goal to concede from our point of view.
We looked a bit nervy after that, a totally different team from a few weeks ago typified when Camara had a chance for a clear shot on goal but opted to pass to Grant.
Just before half time Jephcott was subbed and almost immediately we scored with his replacement Garrick playing a part in the goal.
Mayor's finish was fantastic and put us level at half time.
We were much better at the start of the second half and played on the front foot, probing on the left with Mayor and strong running on the right with Camara.
For all our possession and attacking play we couldn't create a clear cut chance or force the keeper into a save.
When Wigan did break forward we looked so fragile in defence and looked capable of conceding.
Mayor was surprisingly subbed, he was our best chance of a goal, however Broom was just as good and we still posed a threat on the left.
We survived a goal mouth scramble followed by a clearance off the line. Our goal was leading a charmed life.
Cooper also made a great save from a rasping shot.
Agard replaced Hardie and in the 90th minute he lost possession, Wigan raced away and Lang slotted past Cooper for a killer winning goal and another goal conceded down our left defensive corridor.
It really was a sickening blow, although it had been coming.
A draw would have been a fair result and the likes of Mayor and Camara didn't deserve to be on the losing side.
Houghton was tightly marked again, opposition teams have worked out that by stopping Houghton we will struggle.
Jephcott was poor, the early miss affected him.
Hardie wasn't in the game too often, he did chase a lot of long balls.
That will probably be Agard's last game for us. He just wasn't game ready which not surprising given his lack of game time.
The defence has gone to pieces, Scarr can't find a pass and Gillesphey is prone to making a mistake. Wilson was again the best of the back three.
Garrick rejuvenated the team and immediately had an impact.
Camara and Mayor were easily our best players.
It's now two tough away games or three if you include the FA Cup.
We are still in a good position but it does look like the January transfer window will be a crucial time and a chance to sign some reinforcements.
If we finish the season outside of the play-offs it will seem like a huge opportunity wasted.
Man of the Match - Camara.
Cooper 6, Wilson 7, Scarr 6, Gillesphey 5, Houghton 6, Edwards 7, Camara 8, Mayor 8, Grant 6, Hardie 5, Jephcott 4. Subs - Garrick 7, Broom 7, Agard 4.
