Since when has boxing been so pathetic?

I remember the days in the 90's when my parents would pay £29.99 for a fight on Sky box office, we would get New York Pizza delivered and watch a round of Mike Tyson destroying Lou Savarese within two rounds.

Tonight we have the likes of Tyson Fury coming out of retirement for the umpeenth time fighting a has been, we have Jake Paul fighting in clearly scripted fights to gain money.

Where have the real fights gonem

As a youngster, I was blessed with Benn, Eubank and fighters of that calibre and ilk, free on ITV! I've seen some cracking match ups over the years!

You have the spectacle of big Eddie Hall fighting the little Fury coming up. It's mad, somebody will end up dead at some point. I know the purse is huge for the both of them, but I think Eddie is taking this seriously.
