Yep that was my reaction too. Got a few prints of his art in my office at home (even the EU didn't pay me enough for the originals). As much as this incarnation of Birmingham is irritatingly flash I do quite like the look of this.

The stadium is meant to link back to the industrial factories generations of Birmingham fans worked in. It’s a nice touch. Much better than the bowls of places like Reading.
Whether it will ever get built or then filled as a different point…..but it is large enough for NFL games……

I dont have an issue with it. Part of their heritage and the industry of the area. I for 1 think its great and more clubs need to build infrastructure projects with their community and heritage in mind.
