Best player / best team

A fair way into the season, who has been the stand out player? No one. Berry and Hourihane have done ok but other than that no consistently good player in a squad of 32 which is scary. Molesley today was probably the best performance we have seen from a man in green this season. As for our best team, who knows, the manager clearly doesn't. Worrying times.

I take some comfort that a reasonable team can be crafted from the players we have.

What we need is stability in a team selection/tactics and the ability to correct the basic errors that we make.

Ironically the only Argyle players I can say I particularly looked forward to seeing on the team sheet in the last couple of years is... Carl Fletcher.

Berry has been an outstanding player for me this season. Consistent every game, its a shame because i think he will probably be sold in the summer.
