Hello,

I've popped this in the rumours section, although it is not a rumour, sorry. Feel free to move it to wherever you like, just wasn't sure what category it should go in.

On the final day of every home season, we play a song, which plays when the team do a lap of honour around Home Park. Does anyone know what it is called? It's quite an emotional song in my opinion, but all help will be greatly appreciated!
