I went first class by Eva Air to Thailand and return, it was not a lot more than BA Premium Economy, fantastic crew the food was a tad 'unusual' though.

Give it a try, it blew me away at the time.

Never been to the middle East. Never would. Won't even transfer there no matter what the prices are.

I agree, flew to Tahiti in a business class small cabin compartment. Very very impressive.

I think my favourite is Singapore though. Not a lover of the Country but the airline is wonderful.

Singapore business class is my favourite too. Really comfortable and such lovely crew.
I decided when I was 50(yes,, I know, it was a long time ago!)that if I couldn't travel business class , I wouldn't travel. The fact that we do still travel, indicates the approach my Husband takes to these things!

Yep good value airline you can upgrade for a few extra bucks and honestly compared yo UK budget airlines they are far superior. Register before hand and they do some stupid cheap deals too.

Sorry but BA sucks, AA, Delta too. As a few have said most middle eastern airlines are pretty good, Air China is excellent and Air Canada had the best smoked salmon starter I have ever tasted, on or off a plane, Based on business class.

We were quite impressed with Air Canada business class, despite our Canadian friends calling it "Scare Canada!

I prefer direct flights, the middle East doesn't interest me whatsoever and I'll never visit any country where homosexuality is illegal out of principle

As mentioned by another poster, Eva Air is excellent and worth checking out.
