Does anyone change up their airlines when they fly or do you stick to the same one when you find a good one?

Going back to Japan. Last time flew PE with JAL which was great. Good amount of space, food was okay. Flying to LHR to HND, you can use ANA, BA or JAL. Not really feeling BA as they've really gone downhill. Is ANA worth a try or would you recommend to stick to what you know?

Always change airlines i am not loyal to any really. I see whats the best deal for me. Airport location, price, extras, value for money, aircraft type, seat size etc etc. Ive been on lots of RAF airlines so i know what cattle class really is. 8 hr flights on a Hercules is sobering.
Saying that only airline i wouldnt touch is Ryanair. Easy jet is upper class compared to Ryan air

I get where you're coming from. I'm not a fan of Boeings. Airbus are so much better. The Airbus A350-1000 is the best plane I've ever flown on. Ugghhh that sounds like hell. TUI Exeter to Antalya last year...... cattle class wasn't the word. Never again.
Haaa I've flown flybe to Paris. That was slumming it. Never flown Ryanair. Mr B has once and refuses to ever do it again.

Yep. I feel your pain. I'm just over 6 foot and spent the entire flight on TUI stood up. Was so uncomfortable

I've heard that Economy on Etihad, Qatar and Emirates is Premium Economy/ business on most European and American carriers. They really know how to look after their customers and are no more expensive. I think the same about Boeing planes. They're just awful. Never been on a comfortable Boeing.

Singapore, Qatar and Emirates are the absolute favourites. Flown both Economy and Business on all of them. Very hard to say which was the best.

Currently, "trying" to organise flights from Auckland to Paris in July. Thank God (other deities are available on request) for Skyscanner. Saves me scouring the various sites.

Best deals for Business are currently Malaysian and China Eastern.

Done the same trip on the same planes a few times with Emirates and Etihad.
The A380 is really enjoyable, even in economy, and their business class offerings are what you’d expect.
A380 top deck feels special.

BA’s economy is the worst I’ve ever experienced, ridiculously uncomfortable.
I will never fly with BA again.
We were offered upgrades on our return trip a couple of weeks ago on a direct flight from Male to Heathrow but turned it down as their business class is a joke for the money, even when heavily reduced.

We’ve done PE on Dreamliners to Jamaica and Mexico a few times and was impressed for the money.

Flew to BVI in a hurrcy bird refueling in the adores and home from Cyprus. Yeah and only rotten sandwiches to eat

I do all of mine with Expedia.

I usually watch a guy called Noel Phillips on YouTube if I am doing long haul for the first time and see what he thinks. I've seen his reviews of China Eastern. Give him a watch. He's quite honest.

BA are currently the cheapest out of LHR by about £75 per person for the date I want Economy. But do I pay the extra Fly with JAL or ANA. Its 13.5 hours in the air. JAL and ANA'S Economy Pitch is the same as BA's Premium Economy. We flew Premium Economy on our first trip and it was well worth the extra money (£225 each). BA want and Extra £400+ EACH for PE.

What on earth has happened to BA? Used to be the envy of the sky and now all I see is it getting slated at every opportunity.

Here is something she has found out anybody over 60 is entitled to airport assistance at the airport. She intends to ask for it as the thinking is she won't have to queue to book the luggage in. It's all Airlines not just BA

So my mum uses assistance at Heathrow. Nice and easy, so check in is either a desk or now a self serv terminal. Then sits in an area where they take all assisted passengers on a electric trolly to passport control then to departure lounge area or gate. Assist onto the plane. Coming back they get off plane last onto the trolly takes them through a seperate passport control, didnt have to leave the seat and to the luggage carousel. Assist if needed to grab bags, onto the trolly and then drop them outside airport to meet busses and taxis etc. Very well looked after by BA. Well done to them.
