Would be strange for the club to announce Randell as captain when Houghton wore the armband at Leeds. Houghton is also having a much better season than Randell, who is still trying to adjust to the level and who isn’t an automatic pick, in my opinion.

No way will it be a change of captain. None of that makes sense at all.
I reckon it’s something to do with the academy and brickfields as previously mentioned.

Was referring to Edwards . He's under contract as a player until 2025, I can't imagine them wanting to shunt him off to coaching role whilst we need him as a player.2026.

I think they would just announce a £7 million investment on Twitter one afternoon. To announce something on argyle TV at 6pm on a Saturday night I think we could be talking hundreds of millions. A Saudi buy out maybe?
