I see that Southampton have just announced the signing of Angus Gunn from Man City on a 5 year deal. That might make a difference to Remi Matthew's place in the goalkeeping pecking order at Norwich.

Is Forster still there? If so he seems to be in decline, behind McCarthy all last season, not in the England set up for a while.

I pictured him taking over from Hart.

As I posted several times last season, the intention was for Matthews to be challenging for the No.1 shirt at Norwich this season. Word has it from my pal that he has struggled big time in pre-season and they may now be looking to sign another keeper.

I think he dipped towards the end of last season, albeit by his own high standards he showed early on.

You'd imagine he hasn't signed to sit on the bench, not good news for Remi.

If you do Norwich to Plymouth, to Exeter to Amsterdam you get 875miles around about :)

Didn't he do that very same thing when he returned to Argyle last season?
