Did really well for us in League 2 and did pretty well at Pompey last year in league 1 - might be worth a look at? Would be a very good squad player and would offer us some pace and width.

consistently inconsistent for me. Started off well but became a bit of a one trick pony and we have Greg Wylde who should be providing the pace and crosses...

He’d probably be our best alternative to Graham Carey right now. Had a good season at Pompey too, I think. He was dire on his last game for us at Grimsby though!

Replies to that say it all really.

He had a couple of good games for us because he was an unknown entity. Once teams worked him out and stopped him from cutting in and shooting he had no answer.

By the looks of the Pompey fans' reaction he was the player we saw after his first 2-3 games, looked a bit flash on the ball but actually offered very little to the game. We can and already have done better in getting Lamieras as Carey's partner.

Carey is a bit of a one trick pony too. Once you look past the beating players and sticking it in the top corner from 25 yards, what else does he do?
