Chap called Chris Beard who seems to have a wealth of experience. The role has gone from part time to full time thanks to the Big Green Lottery members.

Has also worked for Chelsea and Birmingham City.

Chris is an excellent appointment.

Used to be Director of Football at South Dartmoor College at Ashburton.

Lots of contacts in the game and excellent coach.

Managed to get my son to West Brom for a week’s trial a few years ago.

A very very positive move in the right direction for Argyle’s Academy.
