I imagine this is to prove his fitness for a longer loan. He has had lots of problems.

As the Reserves aren’t playing in the SWPL this season but are only playing in the Central League and PL Cup I’m not sure you are correct.

What’s the issue?

He’ll train with them pre season for a few weeks and have a few matches when the league starts to see where’s he at. If he and the clubs are happy it’ll be extended.

Because it is a 28 day loan and the season is still quite a way off.

What other clubs are loaning players for 28 days in the middle of July? It is almost unheard of.

Because it is a 28 day loan and the season is still quite a way off.

What other clubs are loaning players for 28 days in the middle of July? It is almost unheard of.

It’s 2 weeks until the season starts. They’ll take a look at him pre season and give him a game or 2 before either taking him on a longer loan or saying no thankyou. They may even opt to take him permanently.

Not strange to me.
