Fair enough
Why would he want to go on another man's planned training trip? Didn't exactly work last season to get us out of the blocks early

Dutch trips have been shocking and i think one of the reasons we have started poorly every season under Adams. Glad Lowe is thinking of changing it . We need to play better friendlies against better teams

He also talks about fitness. A criticism of DA was that he ruined players per-season by working them too hard (or in the wrong areas) meaning many were unfit (injured) for the first few months of each season as a result. hence the turnaround second half of the season as the players themselves were good enough.

That'll be a good trip if it comes off.

Mind you we'll be badly booed, we play in green.

The advantage of the training camp in Holland is that everyone has to pay for their own flights, hotel, food, drink etc. Very good for morale and team building

He also gave a percentage figure for player availability. We have not seen that level in DAs tenure so I think a new broom and routines is ideal

If he doesn't feel the value then why bother.

Not really sure why we're going back after last years butterfly fiasco to be honest...

It was 2 years ago.
