Both look good appointments and add a different perspective on the club. Anything that helps to push the community element and branding can only be a good thing.

A communications specialist who can hopefully teach a thing or two to particular long serving staff members and a Magistrate who is probably well acquainted already with some of the Argyle faithful.
If I had to point out an obvious negative - no footballing experience. But that may be a good thing also.
Good appointments. Will bring a different mind set to meetings. Mr Brent has used his NHS contacts well here. I don't think lack of footballing knowledge is an issue in anyway. Mr Brent had none before he came to us and saved the club. There is a very positive evolution happening at our club and long may it continue.
Excellent news. At last, a female perspective - as well as all the other corporate and logistical attributes. This will, hopefully, increase awareness and foster accessibility for even more female fans to swell the already significant minority that attend Home Park regularly. More fans of all persuasions, please!
They seem to be both incredibly highly credentialed, successful and respected in their fields. That can only bode well for Argyle - welcome to both of them. :wave:
To be honest I thought she was based in Exeter even when she worked at Plymouth University so I was surprised to read that she is a long-time Argyle fan. I’m now trying to remember what she was like when at the uni here. It was a difficult place to hold a senior position at that time and I am trying to remember which ‘side’ of ‘things’ she was on...
