A huge thank you from the AFT to all those who contributed to our collections yesterday. We are sending Hartlepool United £350 to help them in their bid to stave off administration. I ventured into the concourse under the away end at half time and was cheered by the generosity of the Wigan fans as well as ours.
We also raised over £50 towards testicular cancer research through the sale of the special Ryan Edwards cards that Rob Bullen donated. The solidarity of players and fans alike was quite emotional.
