No Goalkeeper opinions

So the January transfer window has just recently slammed shut, has to be said i am impressed with the strengthen in defence with the signings.

Oscar is an out an out strength for the squad in this league, as well as local lad Lloyd Jones being good pedigree at 3rd tier football proving it at Luton.

But was curious & gutted with no goalkeepers on loan at least if not free transfers as Letheran has found it tough at this level at times & was originally a sub for McCormick then Roos & Matthews when we loaned them, as well as Macey who's struggled being a loanee at argyle & Cooper being great young talent but needs more game & loan time.

But whats your thoughts? are you concerned about no one brought in between the sticks this window? or do you think we'll do alright with the recent form Letheren has produced & believe he'll carry on for the rest of the season.

Of recent games Letheren has more than earned his recall. I would expect this success will add to his confidence. He is much more vocal than Macey in getting the back four organised in defence. This is quite a virtue

Yeah true very good point, i do believe his recent performances have improved massively coming in for Macey compared to previous seasons when hes featured, plus that is a great point about him being more vocal, i do agree more passion is being showed by Kyle i'd say a lot more then Matt this season.

Yeah I am slightly disappointed we didn't get a keeper, although Letheren seems solid so maybe he deserves to see the season out.
Plus with Macey still here we were probably unable to get another keeper.

Yeah same & hes defiantly improving i think at times today Kyle kept us in it at London Road against Peterborough specially with one of Tomlin's shots before his red card, yeah true point about Macey Derek probably can't over flow the squad with more then 3 keepers. :sigh:
