According to Pete O’Rourke from Football Insider, Bolton Wanderers are set to compete with Rangers and Hearts for Plymouth Argyle defender, Sonny Bradley.

Steven Gerrard would have seen Bradley play twice against Liverpool last season.

IF that is true then obviously he won't wanna miss the opportunity to play under Gerrard for Rangers

Opportunity of a lifetime. Gutted if he left but could have no complaints if he chose a club like Rangers

I think Bradley is a great L1 player and could possibly do a job in the right set up in Championship but I think his distribution would make him a difficult fit for a team managed by SG. Bolton a much more realistic destination if Sonny leaves.

ffs not this Peter O'Rourke guy again. He posts about 5000 rumours a day, he's not the most reliable!

Always amazes me how fans believe literally anything. Reminds of the time a guy who worked in KFC posed as an 'in the know' football journalist specialising in transfers (@IndyKaila) and to this day has 275k followers on Twitter!

Bradley would be destroyed in the SPL . If signing Sonny is there way of getting closer to challenging Celtic they might aswell give up now.

I have it from a friend of a friend very close to Sonny that it’s indeed Motherwell, Bolton and Rangers. I would be shocked if it is Ransgers so I expecting Motherwell or Bolton as a likely destination.

I hope that we can keep him but, if he goes to Scottish Prem or our Championship, it will be interesting to see how he performs.

I think that he would be very successful in Scotland and comfortable in the Championship.

Championship would be more of a challenge.

He wouldn’t be destroyed in the spl, look at Hartley, he has done really well and imho I think Bradley is a better player, I do however agree he’s not the player rangers need to bridge the gap with Celtic.. I hope he stays true to his word a few months back and stays but like when we lost Hartley there will be another centre back some where to fill his void

Tbh Hartley must be scared if Motherwell is his destination
What is it with Motherwell they take all our decent players and send the crap down to HP! Is ainsworth really an upgrade on tanner? They took Mchugh,Hartley and Nathan Thomas all decent players who could have done a job for us in my opinion if some have slightly better morals than others though and wouldn't be welcome back!

Personally as an Englishman If I had an offer for Scottish Pram or English league I would be wanting to stay in England.Motherwell don't get bigger gates than us and therefore your going to Scotland for playing at Parkead and Ibrox twice a season if your lucky the rest is very league 1 maybe hearts hubs and Aberdeen but are they really any bigger than Pompey and sunderland
Now Sunderland would be a good destination for Sonny closer to Hull and a team that can't really drop any lower could be like jock at Man City a lower league legend there

I'm intrigued edengreen. What would you know about McHugh, Hartley and Thomas's morals?
