I was referring to phase one that’s due for completion this September. I was under the impression some work was already underway for this.

Correct there is some work being done now and due for completion September this year

Excellent news, and yes… ”construction of the Community Hub is making good progress, and due to be open in September 2024“… so would love to see how that’s coming along.

I often share your cynicism regarding all things Argyle but in this particular case, I don't.

Nowadays, there isn't a successful and progressive club that doesn't have a facility similar to that envisaged for Argyle at Brickfields.

Perhaps it's a good time to remind people, ex Exeter academy players this week featured as a striker for our England team AND another one featured as a striker for the U21s.
