Scrap Sweet Caroline!

My one wish for the new season, apart from the obvious dream of promotion, is that the club finds a less overused anthem than Sweet Caroline after each home win.
The song started in boxing but is now used everywhere from tennis to William Hill adverts.
Using the Janner song before games is a great use of a unique theme tune and hearing Crystal Palace fans belting out "Glad all over" shows what impact can be made with a little imagination. Surely the growing media team at Home Park can come up with something different to the ubiquitous Sweet Caroline.

In my mind, the only music played at the end of a match should be A Walk In The Black Forest. Clap the players off without any need for music, then depart Home Park while Horst Jankowski comes over the tannoy.

Its great to hear it as has been said, it means we won. Great to hear as you leave the ground IMO. If you don't like hearing it - leave early and you can generously give some other bloody moaners something to whinge about

If it puts a crowd in a good mood surely that's good enough?
Heard it too much on karaoke?
I suggest trying a bar that doesn't do karaoke or a country pub with no music.
