6 Home games and only 2 Away!
Still in with a chance of the title and looking likely for playoffs as a minimum.
Only downside being what is left in the legs (and minds).

I wish the club success deep down. I’m a massive fan of non league football. However Parkway signing 3 x Tavistock players in the summer and giving one of them a CONTRACT of £200 a week ruins the fun for me.
Well, whatever sins Parkway have done (regarding poaching players) it doesn't seem to have done Tavi too much harm this season when I look at the Western League tables

Best manager in the lower leagues. Our budget is minuscule yet we were competing with Parkway and even turned them over on their own turf the last time we played!

Tavistock V Saltash on Friday night…

Boxing Day 2019 I think it was, that’s the last time they played eachother other than a hastily arranged friendly

Fair play to Stu, he does a great job at Langsford park, especially with the youngsters

I’ll be there Friday for a crunch game against Saltash. Good win last night against Clevedon. I suppose all eyes will be on Helston v Mousehole tonight

It happens all the time at that level.

Big week for the Lambs for sure. I’d never go as far as saying I’d be a Helston fan, especially whilst Massey is involved, more like I hope they do us a favour 🤣

Any meant on the bone re Paul Stapleton. I haven't seen anything in the press about it. He came in with a bit of fanfare but has left through the back door it seems.

At first sight it seemed a good move for both parties.

He’s gone I know that much.

Ideally the club would announce this prior to Friday to attract interest from Argyle fans but I believe there’s a few bits to sort first.

A 4-1 win for Parkway today. A very decent 421 attendance when Argyle are sold out at home.

Got there in the end yesterday. For a while it looked like it was going to be one of those days but they kept going and got 3 late goals to seal the win.

Another big game at Bolitho on Tuesday night. This is one of their two games in hand where a victory would see them go top by a point.

Superb times for football in the city at the minute.

Some run. Just seen the remaining fixtures and it’ll be an even bigger tragedy if they don’t get over the line!

I know I bang on about the huge budget etc but fair play they’ve still got to go out and produce the goods.

Any idea if the players are happy with the extra travelling next season assuming you go up? I know a few have played in that league so don’t see it being an issue..

Who knows. As always there’ll be players come and go for whatever reason and I’ve not even thought about travel for next season yet, taking it 1 game at a time but the positive thing is that’s it’s in their hands at the minute and there’s bound to be a banana skin somewhere. I suppose it’s the same travel question for the Lambs, a midweek to say Bitton is a different kettle of fish than say Winchester, certainly takes commitment.

Good win for Tavi on Friday, looks like they’ll be playing Southern League football next season. Saltash didn’t really lay a glove on them, plenty of possession from the Ashes in the second half but no penetration other than Slateford’s strike, good finish that, as was Josh Parry’s cheeky back heel
