That’s a bog standard line. If you look it also talks about replays which as we know aren’t happening
In Chelseas fixtures it shown and date and time listed normally when there is any doubt it’s shown as TBD

Cheaper train tickets normally require you to use a specified train. Make sure you factor in the possibility of extra time and penalties. I will be going up to London that weekend but will play it safe and get a Super Off-Peak Return. £70, normal price but flexible.
