I think it would be a bit short sighted to have the scoreboard in bobby’s garden. It would need to move if we did ever fill in the corners.

I think it would be better to have something similar to Brentford mounted above the Barn Park End. A good view for all home fans that way too.

Its not the score that I want to know but the time remaining. I can't wear a watch and I don't want to continually get my phone out. I think it is all a bit of inverted snobbery, you know southernmost team, only team called Argyle, last team without a scoreboard.

I looked at the time on Brums scoreboard every thirty seconds from the 104 to 120th minute on Saturday!

It would be handy to keep us updated on the Premier League scores or cricket and stuff like that. Maybe a rolling news ticker tape thing on the bottom like the BBC. They could use it to start the singing, as long as the operator was on the ball with all 3 songs. For example, in a quiet bit during a game, it could show a picture of a shoe so the lads in the Devonport know to take theirs off for Shooey.

This is the scoreboard at the stadium here in Ottawa. It is used by any sports that are played on the field also when there are concerts. When the Ottawa Redblacks and Atletico Ottawa play the games are shown live on the scoreboard including replays. The score board is 60 feet by 40 feet the video is in high definition and colour. The video is shown on the front and back, when there is no game being played then it is used as a messageboard and advertising board. The video board can be also hooked into TV coverage and show International soccer, ice hockey games and movies/concerts etc.. It is in operation 24/7/365 in temps ranging from what it will be tonight -40c to +40c
