Bloody hell our pre season friendlies had more. Sums up this daft competition.

Oh well it's a run out for the kids and no one has pushed the first team tonight which I suspect will be RLs biggest disappointment.

I agree the youngsters have been disappointing apart from Randell who I thought did ok and looks stronger and has a wise head on his shoulders.

A nothing competition which no doubt RL has used as a valuable tool to gauge whether the youngsters in & around the 1st team are ready for the step up to be considered for a start in the 1st team

After tonight he probably has the answers he requires

They are boys playing against seasoned pros. Blimey, give them a break. It’s a nothing game and all part of their education.

Camara as lost his form at the moment, I would start with Major. Agard scored a goal and that was it, contributed nothing else. The youngsters ran around a lot but created nothing. Wilson was only okay, Tomlinson is the pick of younger players. The positives was Mayor who for 45 minutes was the best player on the park by far. Gillespie is a really good player and will improve, he is going to be a valuable player for us.
