Just imagine, if those 2 penalty decisions were against Argyle tonight, how would you feel

I would ask why did an Argyle defender dive in for a reckless tackle for the first penalty and for the second penalty I would say what the hell was Cooper doing pulling down a Donny striker after dropping the ball.

I would feel those stupid mistakes cost us a win.

When I hear that we have Trevor Kettle, I always want to hide behind the sofa like I did as a kid when Dr Who came on.

Have to say this was the best I have seen from him. The first 80 minutes, though a bit picnickerty at times, was generally good. Was a bit strange in the last ten, not sure how he gave the free kick against Garrick at the end. Ho hum.

I was watching the official‘s warm up and Kettle’s yoga like stretching
was very impressive. I think he suffers from lower back pain as he kept massaging the small of his back.

Special mention for the linos. I have been very critical of most this year, but they were good. Both were fit and fast enough to keep up with play, and willing to actually assist by making decisions.

So a defender holds off Garrick with a straight arm to the chest. Keeps him away from the ball. That is legitimate good play? Garrick grasps the arm and pushes it down away from his body in an attempt to possibly play the ball. Is that an option please ref? That my son is illegitimate, a foul. Free kick to the defender. Awesome Kettle ****ing awesome!🤪

I think I may have one of those, Poges, but I'm not sure... :D

I've not seen the full replay yet so I have no opinion. However, I note that the current scores for the ref show 20% for 3 or below and 25% for 8 and above.
I know it's all about opinions and that there will always be outliers (look at the MoM threads), but how can there be such a disparity for the ref's voting?

He was very inconsistent. Much of the match he was deserving of an 8, but at other times he deserved a 2. He clamped down on time wasting and taking free kicks and throws from exactly the right place, then at other times allowed players to do whatever they liked. A very strange performance.

What was going on with letting their player take a throw from any position they wanted?! The full backs just wandered up the pitch with impunity.
After giving the second pen (both of which were cast iron and I'm unsure why neither were bookings) he then gave 3 or 4 free kicks to Donny for no apparent reason
i think the keeper was booked at the second pen.
