Davie, if you enter a prize draw you do not expect to have to chase the draw owners to see if you have won. Even if they announce you have won they should contact you on the details provided. Dunlop has posted that he knew nothing about winning £500. How many others are there?

I can only say that I agree and that, if there are communication problems with regard to prizes, the club should be told.
As I suggested in my last post, I believe that the winners should be advised (email or phone) within 2 days of the draw.
The Big Green Lottery Manager has been made aware of these posts on Pasoti.

You can see in the thread above that someone has tried contacting the team and had no reply. Hence they have posted here. This needs sorting out sharply when 100’s of fans are paying in to something to help the academy on the premise that they might win some money.

If you refer to the Fans’ section of the club website, Staff Directory, you will see that Tim Herbert is the BGL Manager and Ellen Shine is the BGL Administrator.

These are listed as Ellen Shine’s roles.
Player Liaison Officer/ Executive Assistant to the Executive and First Team Manager.
Commercial Administrator.
BGL Administrator.

A family member won the weekly prize a number of weeks ago and the cheque arrived within a week. The name was publicised on the website. What more does a prize winner need to know?

I think they need to know 100% that if they win, they will be notified and that they will be guaranteed to get the money on time. That doesn’t seem to be the case as mentioned above by Dunlop.

i won April’s draw no contact from the club,, emailed Tim Herbert June 18,he said yes I had won £500 in April draw and would find out why I had not received a cheque, I received cheque 2days later, no explanation.
