Starting at 7pm, online only. Hosted by Gordon Sparks with Simon Hallett, Ryan Lowe and Andrew Parkinson.

RL: Aim to be in top half of league with 10 games to go and see where it takes us.

SH: Financial position is strong and the fans have helped hugely. Other clubs are struggling financially but have survived.
Insurance claim for £2m really helped Argyle.

AP: Surprised no club has gone bust but government, PL and EFL financial help kept clubs in business, although several clubs have loans that will need to be paid back.

RL: One club just out of admin are paying silly high wages for players.

AP: Seating in upper grandstand is challenging for legroom but had to balance out maximum capacity. Over next few months plans in place to look at issues in upper grandstand.

SH: As a club we want fans to respect other fans and players and club staff. Low tolerance of abuse aimed at staff.

AP: Club Policy of inclusion. Standards Panel will look at complaints, one fan recently banned from HP due to comments made on Social Media.

RL: When signing new players club policy of 'don't sign knobheads'. Will look into player background before signing. But how far do you go back to look at social media account?

RL: No consistency last season, new players were targeted in January for signing this summer.
Galloway trained at HP at end of last season.

AP: Solar panels on grandstand roof cost £55,000 and will take 5 years to make a profit.

AP: Academy cost £850,000 a year to run. BGL contribution is around 10% to the Academy costs.

RL: Proud to give debuts or chances to young players.
Last week 50 odd kids from age 9 upwards signed for the club.

SH: Praise for RL for giving a chance to Michael Cooper last seadon, it was a risk that worked.
Club promotes risk and reward, previously club was afraid of failure and fearful. A big cultural change at the club.

AP: Club works closely with Puma for new kit each season, it's a constructive process, samples from Puma are sent to club to decide upon.

RL: Puma are different class. As long as it's green I don't mind on style.

RL: All new defenders were first priorities not second choices. Houghton was targeted after noticing he dropped out of first team at MK Dons. Recently missed out on an attacking player and another player decided to sign for another club. That's the only 2 targets that were missed.
One or two loanees to come in and these will be seasoned players, not youngsters. One new player to sign possibly in next few weeks.

AP: Seriously looking at a scoreboard, studies taking place for best scenario.

AP: Graphics and score will be added to live coverage for ArgyleTV. Private pre-match show was trialed for Swansea game.

RL: Learnt from watching England Euro 2020 games. I was sat behind England bench at final.

SH: Share issue for fans will NOT go ahead. Research showed investment should be high value and not small investment of around £500 to £1000.
Club looking at other ideas of fans investing in club.

AP: Club looking at way to honour Paul Mariner but also to recognise others.
Liasing with Ipswich to do something at the two games this season. A rep from the club will be at Paul's funeral.

AP: Must engage with fans of all ages to connect with community. Content must be relevant for young fans.

RL: Will be out in community, players to coach the kids, Gary Sawyer will be out and about in community.
Come and support us.

End.

Many Thanks for the summary.. all very promising especially the cultural change to using academy players.. I think we are staring to now see the benefits of this in the 1st team squad.

There isn’t a culture change, is just that the first post administration age group are now coming through the Academy who happen to have some good players, a happy coincidence.
It should never be understated how much damage administration did to not just the first team but throughout the Club.

Always ready to pour some cold water on something Lowe has said HC
No, just stating facts, it does seem the Club in general are trying to give the impression that things like this never happened before.
How old do you think Randell, Cooper, Law etc were when they first joined the Academy set up ?

Are the club not stating facts ? Or is it just that you don't like these particular facts showing the club in a positive way , just like JiC mentioned a culture change at the club , which you have dismissed , I believe there has been and the proof will come with more of our youngsters coming through because of the improved youth development structure that we have at the club , along with a manager who is willing to play them and a chairman who supports this .

That is what happens every year.
Great to hear that too.. still encouraged as Argyle have a far better academy set up now which is developing young talent from the South west

This includes one very young lad who Southampton were trying to persuade to sign for them, but failed. I've heard from someone at Southampton that it's much harder for them to pick up players in our catchment area now because "Plymouth have got their act together".

The signing 50 kids thing isn't really news because that'll happen every year as HC said, but it's the quality of the 50 that matters. Only time will tell, but there's no doubt whatsoever that things are moving in the right direction.

There are 4 more trials for youngsters taking place across Devon and Cornwall commencing very shortly. It is accepted that trials were undertaken in the past, but I am not so sure that the saturation level existed. Let's keep our fingers crossed that 'wee wee gems' can be identified!

Also Woodsy , the young players coming in may be quality , but having a structure in place to nurture and develop that quality to first team level is where we appear to have made the leap forward in recent times.

Thoroughly enjoyable watch. Confident, all singing off the same page debate. I love the transparency shown. Okay, the share issue is a problem but we now know its a problem. SH openly admits it. The idea of some fans being able to buy shares and others not could be deemed divisive anyway. So, other options and ideas are being looked at. Great to hear just how important the youth set up is becoming. Love the Exeter City jibe '...look behind you. We're coming after you!' All in all, left me feeling very confident about this coming season and the following ones.
