Did anyone else just see it on Sky Sports News??

What did you think? It featured an Argyle fan going on about all the driving he has to do with added West Country accent !!!

Thanks for confirming I'm not going mad!
I was out in the kitchen when I heard a shout of 'Green Army!' coming from the telly. I popped my head around the corner and just caught the end of a scene in which two Argyle fans were in a car - bedecked in what I think was the new Adidas kit.

Weird.

Just been on hols and watched BBC World News as English speaking channel. As they had no access to pictures of Ashes they did a piece on cricket in the USA. They featured the NYPD cricket team who seem to organise cricket there. A bit of a shock to see their strip is the new Arygle home kit.

BBC report

This is the report and they seem to be playing Holland..suppose this is the downside to using a large brand for the kit, you lose a small part of your identity.

An Actor mate of mine was up for this advert about a month ago and borrowed one of my Argyle shirts for the casting. The Director told him it was a great piece of one up manship - didn't do him any good though as he didn't get a part!
