To Apple's credit, they have actually made the fastest iPhone ever.

As my earlier posts indicate, I wasn't amazed by the iPhone 5, however, it's benchmark scores far outstrip any android, including the S3.

I think it really shows the quality of iOS or lack of in android, as an iphone with lower specs (dual core, 1gb ram etc) significantly outperforms the S3 (quad core, 1GB).

Brainwashed. If the latest iPhone wasn't the fastest, wouldn't that be a problem?

Samsung Galaxy S3 & Nokia Lumia 920 both offer better performance, innovation & value for money. Apple has peaked.

:funny:

Brainwashed.

The current geekbench benchmarks have the iphone 5 as the fastest phone ever. Fact.

I am no fanboy, just appreciative of how they have delivered on a promise.

Also, look at my previous posts on this thread my dear.

So you stand by this rediculous claim?

My friend, do try reading the entirety of a post before knee jerking into saying something foolish.

The conclusion of "fastest iphone ever" is based on the premise of "Geekbench benchmarks stating it is the fastest phone ever".

Also, I am having trouble understanding your issue with the statment "fastest iphone ever" - as it is the newest and obviously has newer hardware. Clearly you are unaware of geekbench, so perhaps you should refrain from commenting in future, but all previous iphones have been SLOW in comparison to other Android devices, this iphone, however, is the first to get a good geekbench score and outstrips any Android phone.

You say it's the fastest I-phone though... Would they make the newest one slower? :funny:

Also "There is currently no Geekbench available for Windows phones" Link So you can't even say it's the fastest phone, if you can't test against it's strongest opposition

I see you are still reiterating that same point, I suggest you take it up with Apple as "fastest iphone ever" is their tagline - not mine. I was merely quoting, which I alluded to when I said they had "delivered on a promise".

Promise being "fastest iphone ever". Delivery by largest score on geek bench.

I really do feel that you should read more. Of course you cannot say it is the fastest phone ever in the world. Which is precisely why I never said that. I have always said "fastest... On geekbench scores".

:funny:

iPhone 5 vs. Lumia 920, what's it to be?

Comments below the article (expand) are massively in favour of Nokia 920. Iphone 5 flops.

Should I wait 6 weeks to post a different subjective article and claim the comments section support my view so must be correct?

I see.

Anyway, I'm sorry your 6 weeks of searching for evidence have been wasted, I had completely forgotten about you, but it's nice to know you were thinking of me

Again, I will reiterate that I am not an Apple fan boy and certainly do not have the iPhone 5, which, if you read my previous comments; would see why. I was merely stating that Apple had finally cracked the benchmark tests and well done to them for that.

If that sort of statement upsets you, perhaps you should keep it to yourself so as not to look silly in future, thanks sugar

"Wall Street analysts believe demand for the iPhone 5 has been lower than expected"

http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2013/jan/22/apple-report-first-profit-fall Apple expected to report first fall in profits in a decade.

It must come as a shock to the Apple devotees, the proof was in the pudding huh! :funny:

I agree, I feel sorry for the fanboys who genuinely believe it's the best and most innovative technology company out there.

Talking of knowing your tech - fancy fixing your link? Cheers bro.
