Green Taverners Fun Day UPDATE

The Green Taverners Funday is fast approaching (this coming Sunday, 21st April) with many things going on behind the scenes to bring you a :scarf: day full of fun for you and your family :scarf:

This time around, (along with the attractions that were available at the first fun day held at Home Park) there will be the added bonus of 10 different bands / singers performing throughout the days events, as well as the introduction of various stalls being set up too :scarf:

Now that the above have been confirmed, to help promote these attractions too, the GT’s have one more request for volunteers if possible please :thumbs:

New posters are currently being printed to highlight the fact that this years event have attracted live bands / singers to add to the days enjoyment. Is there anyone who would kindly volunteer to help distribute these posters around the city (or prior to the Rotherham match)to get the message ‘out there’ amongst our supporters and Plymouth as a whole?

We appreciate that time is limited for this, with the event due to take place on Sunday, but if you could possibly spare some time to help with this, please could you leave a message on this thread or pm either Gary MaGuire or myself and arrangements will be made to get the posters to you. Thank you

Attractions on the day are set to include something for every age:

Team coach / meet the players
Bouncy castles
Quasar combat
Sumo wrestling
Fun bus
Face painting
Assault course
Kids football
Live bands / singers
Various stalls
Rides
Emergency vehicles
Food outlets
Bar opened at the Taverners Suite
And more ....

3 Matches will be held on the pitch open to all to be able to watch from the Grandstand, with the LEGENDS v DT PLASTICS being held at 2.30pm.

ENTRANCE PRICE:
£5 adult £3 child £10 family ticket (2 adults, 2 child)

Everything is FREE upon entrance - except for the food outlets and Taverners bar.

Yes, you can pay on the day as well - at the entrance part to the clubs car park.

ps - great site you have there highlighting everything about gluten free food. Hope your stall does well on the day :thumbup:
