In consecutive interviews with the BBC both players have said they are convinced this squad will improve further. Par Contraste wasn't it this time last year that DA first said that the squad at that point was overachieving, a statement nobody in the club contradicted. Great to see this level of confidence amongst the players.

Good to read that interview.

He was, obviously, thought to have considerable potential early in his career. He is beginning to look a useful player and, hopefully, our training regime is giving him the confidence that, after a period in the doldrums, his original potential will be realised.

Early days, but let's hope that he has found his mojo at Home Park.
