When the BBC got the rights to football league highlights for another few years, some things changed. One of those being they no longer show highlights on the BBC sport page. However I believe you can watch the FLS on Iplayer, just skip to the Argyle part

Maybe the BBC have wavered on our 'highlights' due to there not being many?

I always thought the term highlights was misleading - 'lowlights' has been more appropriate for several years now. 3.5 seconds of lowlights.

For us exiles, the Argyle Player website offers 'extended' highlights of four and a half minutes footage!

I heard the reason why there are no highlights on the bbc website anymore is that it would have cost them around 250k extra, for all the clubs, all the goals, every week for the season!
Personally I'm disappointed because in the grand scheme of things that's not much money. it was a huge plus point to be able to access any match from the bbc website on a Monday morning.

But it's all for the greater good, Mazza. That 250k pays for Alan Hansen for 2 months.

I have noticed that the FL show uses the new cardiff badge instead of ours when the score comes up on the end of our highlights. Has this been sorted yet?

Joke isn't it. I suppose it's all about "percentages."
