this is an old quote from a pasoti thread a while back, on mobile so best I can do,..

A: It is too early to announce a timetable, but we want to move forward sooner, rather than later.

How will this be financed? Lunarjetman

A: It will be financed separately from, and without risk to, the club.

Will the football club directly benefit from non match-day income from a new grandstand development or do you anticipate non match-day income being paid into a separate, associated business? Lunarjetman

A: Plymouth Argyle Football Club will benefit directly from non-match-day income.

Yep, from the Pasoti Q & A with James Brent.

Iread the article and at no time did it say that Argyle would benifit fron non matchday income.I have now seen an extract from the question and answers which gives me some hope.

Libellous comment removed once again. Admin.

Graham

I think its too strong to say its a lie unless you know the figures. The evidence sugggests with 26 pros the budget was enough, but question marks over how it was spent remain.

I would have preferred 18 decent players supplemented by loanees rather than 27 mediocre ones.Yesterday even allowing for seven substitutes there were still 9 players sat in the grandstand.Thats not right. No club especially in Argyles financial situation can afford that week after week.

I agree with that.

It seems we are once again top heavy with average players. It's a shame because there remains little chance of adding.

I would in all honesty take 4/5 players out of that squad and let the rest go on a free.
