96 people died. Many of these could have been saved if the first reaction of their authorities had not been "we need to cover ourselves from blame".
Care to explain? I thought the police were just being incompetent.
I thought it had been made very clear that they lied through their teeth at every possible turn for 23 years.
But you said many could have been saved. How did their lies kill people? Just wondering like.
their incompetence killed people, their lies covered their tracks, shifted the blame and tortured the victims families for a quarter of a century.
Or maybe they just protected them to death?
Ok, but incompetence is a bit different to your quote above. Not that I think they behaved on the day or afterwards anything like the right & proper way we should expect from our police force.
think you're confused with what someone else wrote?
No, you quite clearly say "their incompetence killed people,", perhaps you disagree with that now.
er no and neither have I stated otherwise, their incompetence DID KILL PEOPLE FACT!
I have never tried to say anything different.
You are definitely confused.
