According to The Heralds Andy Philips:

As with the tweet on Thomas O'Ware yesterday, another piece of speculation has emerged about a 19-year-old New Zealand international which is said to be a target of Plymouth Argyle this summer.

Logan Rogerson plays in the A League for Wellington Phoenix.

Interesting link, as Rogerson may need a work permit to play in the UK, though his age may help him temporarily...
